TT Government partners with Have I Been Pwned for cybersecurity

On May 24, Troy Hunt of the security tracking website Have I been Pwned, announced that the Trinidad and Tobago Government, via the national Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) had partnered with the site to track data breaches on government domains, websites and emails.

Have I been Pwned is a well-regarded site used by individuals to find out if their passwords have been compromised through data breaches and leaked to potential hackers.

According to Hunt, the site now offers “full and free access” to its resources to 19 other governments.
