Update, March 21, 2022: TSTT has advised that it has suspended disconnections for non-payment of bills while it works on its payment backend issues.
TSTT continues to experience a failure of its customer facing systems. In a notice issued on its social media platforms on March 16, the company stated that, “Our technology team is working around the clock to fix the technical issue we encountered earlier this week. We’ve made progress; however, we are still unable to process payment transactions at our channel partner locations, and our website, bmobile.co.tt, and online portal b-online are unavailable at this time.”
The company is able to accept payments for its services via bank transfer, SurePay, Western Union, NLCB’s VIA and the My bmobile app.
Customers who have made payment and experienced disconnection can call 824-TSTT or send an email with your name, account number, and payment receipt to erespond@tstt.co.tt.
It’s an unwelcome reminder of the issues the company faced for more than a year with its backoffice systems as reported in this story.
