The transformation wave that’s sweeping across the Caribbean has reached the shores of Trinidad and Tobago as the new Cable & Wireless revitalises its retail brand one market at a time.
Now on to its fifth market launch – preceded by Barbados, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis – Trinidad and Tobago has updated its look and feel to a bolder, fresher version of its legacy brand, Flow. The new Flow reflects all that’s positive about the Caribbean: the people, the passion, the drive to succeed, innovation and positive vibes.
“We have a unique opportunity to truly revolutionise the telecoms industry here in Trinidad and Tobago and indeed the rest of the region. This is a real game changer,” said Brian Collins, Managing Director, Flow Trinidad.
“In answer to the question: So what’s new? We are proud to say: a lot. As our first Flow only market to undergo this transformation, we have gone way beyond a mere face lift. We are completely revitalising our retail brand and significantly transforming the customer experience, on a mission to be number one with customers,” Collins also said.
Brian Collins, Managing Director, said: “Flow Trinidad and Tobago has been a trailblazer in this market for over 11 years. When we entered this market we became the very first triple play provider and since then we have had many firsts. By next month we will be launching the Home of Sports in the region – our very own Flow Sports Network right here in T&T.”
“Through strategic partnerships we are introducing outstanding exclusive content including Olympics, BPL, NFL, CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers and so much more. Content leadership, product and service innovations plus superior customer experiences will become the hallmark of our business.”
“We’ve delivered advanced video service, introduced lightning speed gigabit to the home, designed bundled offers, launched retirees discount, removed late fees plus we are bringing the Flow Football App, Flow to Go app, education app with much more in the pipeline.”
