Cariri offers 2,000 places in virtual training in coding

1 Mins read

The Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) and Republic Bank have teamed up to present the 2022 Cycle of the Coding and Innovation Programme – Virtual Training for students.

This free programme will run from August 2nd – 30th 2022 and is for students between the ages of 10 – 18. This year, there are three available tracks for students to choose from, which include coding and programming, innovation and entrepreneurship. We are only looking for 2,000 students so space is limited.

This is a self paced programme, which means students can choose when to log in to view the material and complete the quizzes. Support will be provided via the helpdesk and live sessions. Also new this year will be a competition called PowerUp! which will incorporate all the things that students have learned and will be run in October.

Register now via this link. Registration closes on 26th July, 2022.More information on the website at or contact Ms. Alicia Williams via email.
