TT Communications Ministry creates Covid-19 website

The Ministry of Communications went live today with a centralised, primary resource for information about Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago. The website is here.

The utilitarian project still links to breaking news posts on its Facebook page rather than its own internal listing of posts aggregating and daily updates on the status of the health response to Covid-19 are posted as PDF files.

For now, the Communications Ministry’s Facebook page remains a more regularly updated source of breaking news and information until more work is done on the Covid-19 website to make it a more authoritative resource for information related to the infectious threat of the novel coronavirus.
