Actions we are taking as your communications partner
- Disaster Management Plan Activated: We are working closely with the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management (ODPM), Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) and other agencies to ensure critical services are restored promptly and safely, if impacted. Our focus will be on minimizing the impact on relief efforts, recovery activities, and critical institutions.
- Network Monitoring: We are monitoring the impact of the weather on our infrastructure and are ready to restore service as soon as it’s safe. The wellbeing of our crews is paramount so all restoration efforts will begin as soon as it is safe to work.
Preparation Reminders
- Secure your possessions including loose outdoor items. Important documents should be stored in waterproof containers.

- Ensure your mobile phones, portable chargers, tablets, and other devices are fully charged.
We urge you to stay updated on the latest weather news and emergency hotlines by visiting the ODPM’s Facebook page and TEMA’s Facebook page.
