Over the years, Digicel Business has received a number of awards and widespread recognition through its partnership with Cisco, and most recently was named Cisco Software Partner of the Year for the Caribbean and Central America region.

Winning this award for the Caribbean and Central America region stands out because it shows that Digicel, in spite of operating in some of the smallest markets in the region, dominates across a far larger geographical space.

Martha Tate, Digicel Group’s Chief Business Officer, said: “Winning the Cisco Software Partner of the Year award is testament to not only the high quality service we provide as a Cisco Partner, but also the calibre of our Digicel Business team. Being a Cisco partner is something we’re proud of as it’s allowed us to help our customers across the Caribbean and Central America in their transformation journey, as we empower them with the right tools and services to achieve their business outcomes through the use of technology.”

Digicel is committed to listening to its customers and providing them with the products and services they want and need by offering end-to-end fully managed business solutions with its robust network, expert resources and cutting-edge technology. As a Cisco partner, Digicel Business is able to offer a wider range of benefits to customers, including programmes and specialisations to help modernise and transform their businesses.

Richard Doldron, Cisco’s Country Business Leader – Caribbean added, “This achievement by Digicel speaks to a deep dedication and commitment as a strategic partner to lead digital transformation based on cloud solutions in the region and communities in which they serve. Cisco looks forward to leading in this region in the digitisation and customer experience space.”
