Avaya Engage 2021 registration opens for Latin American and Caribbean registrants

Avaya, a world leader in solutions to improve and simplify communications and collaboration, announced the 2021 edition of its Avaya ENGAGE Latin America event, to be held on August 25 and August 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (EST), for the second consecutive year on a digital platform. It expects to bring together more than 6,000 attendees among clients, business partners and industry influencers from more than 40 Latin American countries.

During its 16 years of life, Avaya Engage Latin America has featured 55 international speakers, 107 success stories and more than 50,000 attendees, obtaining great recognition throughout the region and gaining the trust and support of more than 350 sponsors.

The 2021 edition promises to bring together executives from all over the region through 14 sessions, nine keynote conferences, seven success stories from clients from different countries; six invited speakers, a CIOs Forum chaired by the research firm IDC Latin America and the delivery of the “Avaya Customer Experience Awards”, all available in three languages in addition to the trust of more than 60 sponsors and contributors

Jim Chirico, president and CEO of Avaya, will open the day with the talk “Everything included in the trip to the cloud” that will be the thematic starting point with general sessions on innovative technologies based on the cloud and enabled with artificial intelligence, communications “as a service,” robotization to generate total experiences, in addition to the comprehensive strategy for business partners.

As an innovation, this year Avaya ENGAGE Latin America 2021 will present success stories from clients from different industries and geographies within the region, such as: Clearsale and Banco Santander from Brazil; University of San Buenaventura de Cali, Colombia; DIRECTV Latin America; UNO BPO from the Dominican Republic; Walmart, RCD Hotels, Palace Resort and CALIMAX de México, among other Avaya clients.

This year, Avaya ENGAGE Latin America will also feature celebrities from different fields who show that with talent, work and passion, the best experiences can be generated for the whole world.

These are Pep Guardiola, former Spanish footballer and current coach of Manchester City of the English Premier League; Carlos Vives, Colombian singer, actor and composer who fuses genres such as cumbia and vallenato with pop and rock, Paola Aldaz, leading executive in innovation, business development and digital transformation; Mateo Salvatto, a young Argentine entrepreneur and CEO of Asteroid, an inclusive technology company that created an application to help people with hearing disabilities.

As it does every year, in this edition Avaya also commits to Latin American society, so during the event it will support UNICEF in its humanitarian aid and development efforts for children and mothers in developing countries, through a donation for each tweet. that is generated with the #AVAYAENGAGE hashtag.
