In cooperation with the The Government of the Republic of The Trinidad and Tobago Intellectual Property Office, The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), a consulation on Carnival copyright issues will be held in at the VIP Lounge, Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain on July 16 and 17, 2014.
