“Creating a digital nation” is listed as priority area seven out of nine, but there’s little in next year’s PSIP that establishes any priorities for the new Digital Transformation Ministry.
The Digital Transformation Program flows from and builds on the Ministry of Education’s 2018 ICT in Education Policy, which provides the context for the systemic replacement of outdated and outmoded practices that are no longer relevant or efficient.
A key element of the strategy focuses on using digitalization to bolster not only the public sector, and public sector services, but to empower the private sector and individual citizens of Trinidad and Tobago
The new TATT directors are Mr. Nikolaiski Ali, Mrs. Kalana Prince-Wilson, Mr. Devon Seale, Mr. Rhondall Feeles and Mr. Nigel Cassimire.
