Samsung introduces free 24-hour customer hotline

1 Mins read

Samsung Electronics is known for its range of industry-leading devices, from smartphones to smart home products, that take advantage of the latest technologies to provide consumers with maximum convenience.

But while the practicality and benefits of these advanced functions are clear, in case of an inconvenience, a question about how to use some of the brand’s products or report a failure, Samsung Latin America launched a customer service that works 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

It is a free 800 line whose service is available in the region:

The customer can call at any time to request technical assistance, advice on how to use their products and to report any problem with their unit at any time during the day. Depending on the nature of the call, it will be transferred to the service center.

In addition to the 800 line, an online chat is also available, even at night.

The costumer should only have at hand the number of telephones where he can be contacted, email, address where the equipment is to require home delivery.

This allows the consultant to more accurately assess the situation, request more information from the client and guide him in carrying out specific actions.
