Flow rolled out its newest initiative on November 26, a new ‘Store on Wheels,’ part of the Company’s revolutionizing of its retail experience.
Addressing the audience at the launch event was Roberta Norman-Reverand, Director – B2C who shared that “Covid-19 has made us all pivot. As a team, we reviewed the obstacles and challenges that we were met with and in strategically re-thinking, we knew that we had to future-proof how we serve our customers.”
“With the current pandemic, we know that many of our customers prefer to stay closer to home. So, we are coming to you and bringing our services closer to you – we are meeting our customers where they are,” she added.
Customer can access and perform all the transactions that they will conduct at any one of Flow’s Retail Stores at the new Store on Wheels, including:
• Bill Payment via credit and debit card
• Billing and service queries
• New Sales, upgrades to existing accounts
• Product Information
• Equipment exchange
Among the areas to be serviced by the Store on Wheels are Arima, Chaguanas, Gasparillo, Rio Claro, Sangre Grande, San Juan and San Fernando.
