Flow talks ICT agenda with Digital Transformation Minister

“We look forward to working closely with and further strengthening the cooperation and partnership between our company and Government as we are committed to providing solutions that are agile and flexible, in support of the Government’s agenda and to the benefit of the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.” These are words from Flow’s Vice President, Simone Martin-Sulgan as a preamble to her meeting with Senator the Honourable Hassel Bacchus, Minister of the recently established Ministry of Digital Transformation.

During the near three-hour long meeting held on July 30, Minister Bacchus shared his vision for a digitalized Trinidad and Tobago, focusing on the critical issues impacting the development of the local telecommunications industry.

Martin-Sulgan said she was “eager and excited to work with key stakeholders within the industry as we seek to collaborate and work towards supporting the national ICT agenda as well as unlocking new opportunities for the business.”

Actively participating in the meeting were Claudelle McKellar, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Digital Transformation; Zanna James, Personal Secretary to the Minister; Lyndon Lara, Director – Technical Operations (Ag.), Flow; Opal Neil, Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs, Flow; Yolande Agard-Simmons, Manager Communications, Flow; and Darren Campo, Regulatory Compliance Officer, Flow.
