Digicel celebrates 13 years in T&T

The total communications and entertainment provider, Digicel celebrated its 13th anniversary in Trinidad and Tobago on April 6.

To mark the occasion, the company held an all staff event titled ‘Blaze’ at the Queen’s Hall, Port of Spain on Friday, April 5.  As part of the proceedings members of staff were recognized for their sterling contributions to the company and were presented with awards, in nine categories which included the Energizer and Spirit awards.

The celebratory event continued well into the evening with the 2019 Groovy Soca Monarch – Swappi who brought the energy to another level, with his effervescent performance to the hyped-up audience.

The celebrations spilled over onto Saturday April 6 with customers joining in the festivities in the Digicel stores located in Trincity Mall, West Mall and the Experience Store at the C3 Centre in San Fernando where they received complimentary cupcakes from the company.
