CIBC Caribbean launches “Ways to Bank,” a digital hub

With 94% of all their banking transactions being conducted online, clients of CIBC Caribbean, the leading financial institution in the Caribbean, can now access all of the bank’s digital products and services in one convenient spot – through its new digital hub, Ways To Bank.

The ‘Ways to Bank’ Digital Hub provides clients with convenient and flexible access to information on various digital banking services through a centralised platform. This digital tool directs CIBC Caribbean clients to resources which allows them to remain in control of their finances and facilitates all their everyday banking transactions, from paying bills to instant payments.

The Ways to Bank hub is accessible to clients on both mobile and desktop devices.

The ‘Ways to Bank’ is another innovative solution in the bank’s digital transformation journey and reflects our commitment to providing convenient and efficient banking services to our clients in today’s digital age,” said Deepa Boucaud, Executive Director, Personal and Business Banking.

This recent innovation from CIBC Caribbean reaffirms the bank’s promise of delivering a simplified way of doing business and demonstrates how digital banking can be integrated into the daily lives of its clients.

Ms. Boucaud added: “Our personal and business banking online and mobile banking transactions have increased by 27% since last years and corporate banking online banking transaction have increased by 11% over the past year, and by contrast, over the counter or in branch transaction volumes have decreased by 23% year-on-year.

It’s a given therefore that we would take the next step and find a way for all our clients to access all our digital banking resources in one convenient place, allowing them to do their banking on their terms, at any time, from anywhere. We believe that our ‘Ways to Bank’ Digital Hub will help streamline our client’s online banking activities and enhance their overall banking experience with us.”

The Ways to Bank hub features information on our suite of digital banking services, including the bank’s highly-rated mobile app, a card activation feature, bill payments and the hugely popular 1st Pay online fund transfer service.
