In a move designed to enhance customer convenience and savings, bmobile announces the introduction of bundle sales at its dealer stores. With this new offering, customers can visit any bmobile location and purchase prepaid bundles directly, eliminating the previous need to top up first. This initiative, introduced on October 06, 2023, marks a progressive step in providing seamless, value-added services to customers.

bmobile partnered with cloud-based software provider PrepayNation to implement this solution via the Hummingbird platform – an innovative, web-based, point-of-sale solution – that brings new levels of ease and efficiency. It empowers the communications solutions provider to meet the evolving needs of its growing consumer base and respond to their feedback.

Customers benefit in two major ways:

  • Savings: this is yet another way that customers will benefit from added cost savings compared to the traditional Pay-as-You-Go method
  • Convenience: there is no need to top up first; customers can purchase a bundle directly

The service is now available at 61 authorised bmobile locations in both Trinidad and Tobago. This initiative aligns with bmobile’s commitment to providing innovative solutions that meet customer’s expectations.

“The launch of bundle sales at dealer stores is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the customer experience and providing value for money,” said Kashif Greaves, Assistant General Manager Consumer Sales (Ag). “We have listened, and we are excited to introduce this for our loyal and valued customers and are confident that this collaboration will also enable our partners to enjoy a new level of convenience and efficiency, which will ultimately redound to the benefit of the consumer. Our commitment to enhancing the customer experience and providing convenience and savings has never been stronger,” Greaves added.

The available prepaid bundles include:

  • $25 – 1-day plan
  • $30 – 1-day plan
  • $49 – 3-day plan
  • $99 – 7-day plan
  • $239 – 30-day plan
  • $349 – 30-day plan
