MDT opens D’Hub to teenage technologists

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is inviting teenagers 16 and older to join its D’Hub developer’s community.

In a press rekease, the MDT promised, “Whether they are interested in cybersecurity, coding, app development, or digital problem-solving, D’Hub offers a unique platform to gain invaluable experience, connect with industry leaders, and work on exciting projects that contribute to Trinidad and Tobago’s digital transformation.”

The D’Hub community is said to be over 1,000 strong since it was launched in June 2023.

“The Ministry is committed to nurturing young tech enthusiasts in the field of information and communications technology (ICT) and digital innovation by equipping them with tools, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to excel and stay safe in today’s digital environment,” the ministry’s press release said.
