Massy Holdings Ltd has announced that effective September 20, 2020, the company sold its Trinidad and Guyana ICT businesses, Massy Technologies to PBS Technology Group.

In its release, the Massy Group advised that the sale represented a “small divestment” of three percent of its assets and represented its exit from the information technology and communications business.

PBS Technologies is a newly formed entity of the Jamaica’s Musson Group. Musson also owns another technology company, Productive Business Solutions.

Musson has promised that it will combine both companies to create a business generating US$250 million of annual revenue, operating in 19 countries, with more than 2,100 information technology professionals.

Ian John, former head of Massy Technologies, will lead the new PBS Technology group.
