Liberty Global announced this morning that it had completed its acquisition of Cable and Wireless for US$7.5 billion. No brand changes are being considered immediately, so Flow, C&W and Columbus will continue doing business under their current names. The combined company is expected to generate US$3.5 billion in revenue annually.
