In a report carried on the website Dominica Vibes, Brian Ditto, an official of the Organisation of American States (OAS) gave high marks to the island’s efforts at putting cybersecurity in place. Ditto noted in the story…

In this respect, Dominica really is at the forefront of certain cybersecurity efforts and I’m not just talking about in the Eastern Caribbean… but I’m talking about in the world.
