1 Mins read

Samsung Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., the leader in digital convergence technology, expands the Samsung Experience with the opening of two more Experience Stores to serve the people of Trinidad and Tobago.

Located in Trincity and WestMall, the stores opened their doors on December 4th, 2014

The Experience Store features the most popular and innovative Samsung mobile and consumer devices in demand in the local market, such as HHP flagship products and other advanced IT and AV products. The expert staff offers personalized assistance on Samsung brand devices and is trained to help customers with repairs and other services, such as software installations and configurations.

“Samsung realizes the ever-increasing demands of our consumers and after the success of our first store in Gulf City, we decided we to provide better access and more options for all Trinbagonians. Our experience stores are designed to create a truly unique experience where our consumers can interact with the latest Samsung devices in a new way.

These Experience Stores promise to provide to our customers, who are heavy technology enthusiasts, access to the most cutting-edge innovation and products,” said Gracia Whyte, Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, Samsung Electronics Latin America.

The opening of these two new Experience stores marks yet another of numerous locations planned throughout the Caribbean in 2014, thus bringing the total to eleven Caribbean wide and three in Trinidad & Tobago.

“The new Samsung Experience stores in Trincity and Westmall along with Samsung’s inaugural Experience Store in Gulf City opened almost a year ago, are an important part of Samsung’s expansion plans both in the country and in the Caribbean.

With these stores, we intend to bring the latest products to consumers, further raise our standards in customer service and strengthen our position in the market. They are a testament to Samsung’s continued interest and commitment to growing and expanding in Trinidad & Togabo,” added Ms. Whyte.

The first of the Samsung Experience Stores in the world opened in December 2012 in Paris.
