1 Mins read

Digi-Data, T&T’s most trusted IT services company, is partnering with Schneider Electric to offer local businesses, both small and large, a new suite of products and services aimed at improving reliability and lowering the operating costs of IT infrastructure and Facilities Operations Management.

“We are very excited about partnering with Schneider Electric, the global leader in energy management and automation,” says Eddy Devisse, Chief Operations Officer. “This partnership complements Digi-Data’s offering in IT Infrastructure and Services and will directly benefit our clients who will now have access to a more complete suite of solutions.”

Following recent announcements regarding its expansion of IT Solutions into Managed Services and Cloud Solutions, and together with Schneider Electric, Digi-Data can now offer higher levels of service and efficiency for UPS & backup power supplies, server racks & cabinets, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), data centre and mobile cooling systems, and IT Environment Monitoring Solutions, to name a few.

In addition to having a positive impact for traditional data centres, Schneider products and services can benefit the operating mission-critical environments for businesses in sectors such as health care, construction/engineering, manufacturing, professional services, tourism, entertainment and facility management, where efficient access to data and reliable telecommunications are essential.

Digi-Data achieved Partner Status upon meeting a set of prerequisites, set in place by Schneider Electric (SE) through its SE Channel Partner Program.

“Digi-Data reached Enterprise Value Added Reseller status with Schneider Electric, which now allows the company to better serve its clients in Trinidad & Tobago,” Eileen Caballero, Marketing Strategy Manager at Schneider Electric. “Partners that achieve this status have a proven track record of performance, their products and services are top-notch and they bring distinct and often unique capabilities to the commercial and technical ecosystem, which is why we are proud to share in this announcement with Digi-Data.”

“We take great pride in our certification processes and it is always very gratifying to expand our reach and portfolio of offerings with such trusted partners as Digi-Data, in key markets such as Trinidad and Tobago.”

Digi-Data Systems Limited, has been serving T&T since 1984.
