F1RST Media Ltd Co-founder and Director Kyle Maloney (far right) and Caroline Paul Lewis shake hands after Lewis received her $10,000 for being a F1RST app super user.

F1RST presented a $10,000 cheque to Caroline Paul Lewis on June 23rd at the Digicel IMAX Theatre after it was determined she had the most points, rewards, check-ins, and reviews. Lewis lives in Diego Martin and has been using the app daily for almost eight months.

Designed to bridge the gap between businesses and consumers, F1RST has profiles of over 50,000 locations in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Barbados.

“Even though I use the app for checking in and keeping connected with my friends, it’s the perfect medium for letting business owners know what their customers think through reviews and ratings, both positive and negative,” Lewis said.  “I also thoroughly enjoy giving high ratings so well deserved managers and business owners know that their efforts are appreciated and being recognized.”

These reviews and comments left by customers are a great way for businesses to gather real advice and input on what they should or should not do. They also offer great third-party validation for businesses making them more appealing to potential customers looking for unbiased feedback.

“We would like to congratulate Caroline Paul Lewis on being a super user and all that we ask is for her to continue generating content and driving participation from both her online and offline networks,” F1RST Media Ltd Co-founder and Director Kyle Maloney said.  “This promotion is only one of several initiatives we will have to get closer to the end user and make the F1RST experience an even better one for them.”

Asked about winning the promotion Lewis added: “I was thrilled and honored that I was selected as the super user. Essentially, I got rewarded for doing something I love, a definite win-win situation for me.”
